Outstanding Product
With its SpO2 sensor and brighter display (easily seen on sunny days), the KinoWatch is a bargain. Note: although the O2 sensor only tracks oxygen levels during sleep, it’s importance can’t be understated since low oxygen during sleep is a risk factor associated with dementia. I’ve used fitness monitors for several years, and the KinoWatch matches the accuracy of any of them, including chest-strap HR monitors. I cannot recommend this smartwatch enough!

I’m Never Going Back!
My father had a minor heart attack a few years back and was advised to monitor his heart rate and blood pressure every day. I’m absolutely in love with this watch. I was looking something that would pop up my notifications if someone calls, or text me while I’m at work, but also track my steps. I used a 3rd party app to change the settings of what notification pop up, so literally anything I want can be alerted to my watch. It tracks your zone minutes, burnt calories, steps, bpm, oxygen levels, and even if your sleeping. Which is pretty cool and accurate.

Really glad I bought it. The size is perfect and I think it looks great. The interface design is also good-looking. NEVER been a watch wearer, but now I only take this thing off to shower. Doesn’t bother me while sleeping at all. The options for display and functional settings are excellent. The screen is very large, but it doesn’t bother me at all.. It has really motivated me to be more active and monitor my heart health. Everything works well. Wish there were more band options (such as something elastic).
